Prices and Payment

All prices are in Euro currency and those listed in our web-site are F.O.B. Perugia, Italy. Our catalogue prices are subject to change without notice. In addition Ricci Chimica (Seller) reserves the right to correct any mistakes or omissions in quotation or pro-forma invoices. The price advised by the Seller at the time of the Buyer placing the order supersedes any previous price indications. Value added tax is not included in the price list and where appropriate, this will be added separately in our invoice. Ricci Chimica uses express delivery when permitted. All freight, insurance, and special packaging charges will be added to the invoice unless other terms have been arranged. Written quotations are guaranteed for 30 days. Payment terms are net 30 days from the invoice date. The Buyer must pay all bank charges.


Products Quality

All the products are analysed in our laboratory. All compounds are assessed for purity and identity by NMR, GC or HPLC. Certificates of analysis are available on request.


Warranty

Seller warrants that its products shall conform to the description of such products as provided to Buyer by Seller through Seller's catalogue analytical data. Since the Seller can not control the Buyer's application of its products, the Seller offers no warranty regarding their use or handling and will not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever. The Seller's sole obligation and Buyer's exclusive remedy with respect to products proved to the Seller's satisfaction to be defective or products incorrectly supplied shall be to accept the return of said products to the Seller for refund of the actual purchase price paid by the Buyer, or replacement with alternative material if available, at the Seller discretion.


Shipping, Packaging and Returns

The risk of loss goes to the Buyer upon Seller's delivery to the courier and the Buyer must ensure full insurance cover for any loss or damage. Title will pass to the Buyer upon payment of all outstanding sums due to the Seller. The Buyer must inspect goods immediately on receipt and inform the Seller of any shortage or damage within 5 days and if appropriate the Seller will assist the Buyer in pursuing any claim. Quality problems must be notified within 15 days of receipt. Goods must not be returned without the Seller's prior written authorization. Opened or damaged containers can not be returned without a prior written agreement with the Seller. In case of damaged containers, the Buyer assumes responsibility for the safe disposal of such products in accordance with applicable laws.


Use of Products and Safety

Ricci Chimica's products are intended for laboratory research purposes, unless otherwise stated on product label. Many chemicals are hazardous. All products should be handled only by qualified individuals trained in laboratory procedures and familiar with the potential hazard of the chemicals. Seller assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information on this catalogue regarding the hazardous nature of the products listed or their suitability for any intended use. The customer assumes all responsibility for the safe and proper use of purchased products. All chemical listed in this catalogue should be treated as potentially harmful. The absence of warning label does not mean that a product is harmless. If you are in any doubt about the safe handling of any of the chemicals listed, please contact us for advice.


Patents

Ricci Chimica's products may be covered by application or process patents. The customers must be responsible for determining the existence of such patents.
